They can tweet and tweet and I did everything I could to message them but I'm blocked. I was charge for an item I wanted and never received. They won't answer my email or phone calls. But yet they can constantly advertise their business. I mean don't take people money and leave them dry with nothing. I attached a photo from twitter because they were able to post about their business but can't reply to a customer.

Stay away from advantage USA, they have treated me very badly. I made two purchases and made timley payments until paid in full. They did not report any good payment to the credit bureaus, so i called only to be informed that my account has been closed. No communication.... nothing

It is not their fault

You know if people would just be honest and tell truth there would not be so many misinformed people in this world. AddvantageUSA did not take from anyone, people used other people information to obtain accounts with them, and when they found out, they cancel the S*$t out of those orders and those are the ones complaining. I personally would not send that money back or send any item to these people because they are thieves "the complainers that is". People need to understand that eCommerce companies are the biggest target for frauds in America and all kinds of dogs are out there to bring these company down. When AddvantageUSA informed me that they will not be shipping my order, and they have cancelled it and I should seek a charge back from my bank, I must admit I got a little upset. But when I spoke to the fraud manager and she told me what was going on, I became extremely empathetic towards there situation and complied with their request. I had an online business once and people took me to the ground, which is the reason I was using AddvantageUSA to help me rebuild my credit because I had to file bankruptcy. This is hard for the company and to this person who claimed loss of close to $500.00 that is a lie. the money you put down, is how much you should get back and not how much you would have paid for the item if they had ship it to you. I am glad they did not do it, because you sound like one of those rippers who take from honest people who is trying to make a living. Though I did not get my product, I got my money back and I am buying from them again.

My complaint is a result of them constantly stringing me along, taking my money and not delivering what I was continuously promised. It's no wonder your company failed...you are simply am *** .

I never did receive the TV I had paid a deposit on and after contacting them daily for 3 months straight, I was informed that I would not be receiving it due to the fact that AddvantageUSA teamed with a different credit provider and unless I had a ridiculously high credit score they would not be extending me credit. This, after making my monthly payments on time (sometimes even before payment my monthly was due).

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and regret purchasing from them. Not only do they charge crazy interest, but they also do not report the payments to the credit bureaus as promised.

I ordered the first time on 08/06/15 and received my order 09/05/15. I thought it would be safe to place another order on 09/10/15. However, as of today (11/16/15), I have yet to receive my second order. Unlike most, I am successful in weekly online chats, but have been informed that shipping has been, and still is, shut down. They have no idea when shipping will resume, but since I know of anyone else do willing in to extend me credit, I am doing my best to be patient in hopes that I will still eventually get my second order. I did place an order on 09/05/15 and cancelled right away and I received my refund within 3 business days. Unless anyone else knows of another company willing to sell me a big screen TV and pay for it on time, I will continue to wait and see what happens.

Update 01/02/2016: Still no TV and now I can't get in touch with f anyone at the company even though the website showed online chat help was available. I put a small down payment on this TV and I have to wonder if I had paid half or full price would I have gotten my TV by now. Regardless, this is a bunch of ***.

Placed an order 12/03/2015. Money taken from my account for down payment 12/06/2015. Order remained on hold til 12/10. Unable to contact anyone via email, phone or any other way til I put in an investigation through the bank. Supposedly they needed copy of my ID which I sent. Next day emails comes through stating I need to apply blah, blah. Long story short no merchandise,no money just a bunch of ***.

I made a purchase through addvantage USA, now I just want to have basic information such when will receive my package what's my tracking number, I have been calling every day, every hour or 5 mins, there no one to answer my questions I left several voice mail, send numerous email still I haven't receive any answer from them, at this point on I just want to cancel because their customer service does not work for me, even the chat room there's no one there to assist me with anything. I don't know what's going on but I like to talk to human being. All I have been getting from them is yo leave a voice mail someone will be with me once they are free, it has been one week now since I made my purchase so how come I still do not have an individual on phone to talk to me. Bad customer service and I'm scared that this is a scam.

I'm with you my friend....I had order ok'd a month ago..I have called and left several messages...Don't know how many e-mail's and no replies to any of them or voice mails..Did get some one on chat session one time and she told me my order was be processed and should ship early next week..That was 2 weeks ago..Now I can't even get anyone on chat session...Customer service here is in a very very sad shape....If I could get anyone to answer or listen to voice mails I would surely cancel the order but then what about the deposit made on the order...How many years does it take to get that returned????

I'm having the same issue, only I placed an order on 5/9 and here it is its July and I still haven't gotten the item AND when I finally got someone they are telling me that there shipping has been backed up?! By three months?

I'm worried too that this is a scam. I even told them I am not making a payment until I actually receive the item.

All for a lousy$9.99. first they said it was suspicious that I was maxing out my account on the first order, then I reordered spending Only half my limit then I used a promo email to get the order shipped for $9.99. when I looked at my account it stated that the order was cancelled, well, you know the rest. It's been 2 years and I still haven't received a refund of my $9.99.

thank God I didn't send them 50 percent. Someone needs to shut them down!!!;;;;#

THEY REQUIRED MORE INFORMATION THEY ASKED FOR MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD , I FOUND THAT A BIT STRANGE THEN THEY ASK SEVERAL SECURITY QUESTIONS LIKE STUFF THEY HAVE WHEN YOU ASKING FOR WHEN YOUR CREDIT REPORT IS CHECKED. OK I COMPLIED WITH ALL THAT. AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD PUT IN ON THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 4TH FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED THIS WAS ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 1, 2015 WHEN THAT STATEMENT WAS MADE. "I can't get my money back!" is a new scam. I lost everything to an identity theft. The thief tried to buy things from companies online using my personal information. Not just one company, but a lot of other companies. When the thieves fail, when the companies catch them, they go online to complain about it. These POS actually get online and bhitch because they were not getting back money that they never spent. I found out the truth. If I have great credit, I can go to Amazon. But if mycredit it not so good, I have to worry because the thiefs are making it bad for everyone. I guess I will keep trying, I c an always go back to Target if I have to.

Let me get this out front: I am a self employed, small business owner. I like AddvantageUSA. Great company. Credit for me after the ex ruined my credit in our divorced. They gave me a chance to buy the best products and build a fresh start with my credit history. Great idea, right? So, I am searching the net and stumble across all these repetitive complaints. I think, HUH? This isn't the company I know. Every company has a problem here and there, but not all this trash talk. I've been with Addvantage for more than six months, made THREE purchases, and never had a problem. My first order, fine. My second order, fine. My third order? You guessed it, fine. I make my living as a marketing consultant, and the only thing I can figure out about this is someone doesn't like the competition. Must be trolls up in here.

You are so full of S#%T, you obviously work for the company, because consumers don't go around on scam alert sites validating companies for no reason. I personally have been taken for $198.89 from this company and they have never responded to any of my request for a refund.

They. however will respond to the FBI and the better business bureau, so save the BS before you be included in the scam!!!

This company is a complete and utter JOKE!! They don't staff their call center with enough people to answer phone calls. They approve your account and then if you have questions, good luck getting anyone on the phone. Every single time I had tried to reach them to get an update on my order their "customer service chat" which says its always available doesn't work; all their mailboxes are full, they are rude beyond belief and even their out sourced billing service says they are difficult to reach. I wouldn't EVER do business with this organization. Their rating on the BBB is a big fat F. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they then turn around and blame the customer for their lack of addressing questions....like it was the customer's fault they screwed up. Unbelievable!!

I placed an ordered (with a down payment) 2 weeks ago and today I received an e-mail today stating that my account has been closed and order cancelled with no way to even get a refund. They had me send a copy of my ssi card front and back, drivers license, and pay stubs to them first asking me to send them by e-mail after I called them and told them that their site says that they will never ask for personal information via e-mail they had me send the information by fax. I was told everything was fine at that point and my items would be shipped now I'm getting an e-mail as I stated earlier saying my account is closed and the order is cancelled. I tried calling them many times today nobody has picked up an when someone finally did she told me she doesn't know what happened! Now I feel like I'm going to be a victim of identity theft. Stay away from this company...
